Josh Carmody is the Lead Pastor of New Covenant Christian Church. He has been with the church since December of 1985 and has been on staff since June of 2000. Josh is ordained through the New Wells Ministry Network. He married Alicia, the love of his life, on March 12th of 2005, and they have two kids, Madison and Austin, and reside in Fort Dodge.

Nick LeWarne joined our staff as Associate Pastor in July of 2025. Nick earned his Bachelor of Music degree at the University of Northern Iowa in 2014 and his Master of Arts in Ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2024. Nick is ordained through the New Wells Ministry Network. Pastor Nick and his wife, Lauren, have been married since September 2019. They reside in Fort Dodge with their daughter, Evelyn.

Melanie Lukowych is our Office Administrator. She not only answers phones and takes care of many office tasks, but she is also in charge of all of our bookkeeping! Melanie grew up attending New Covenant with her family. She married Steve in 2009, and they moved back to Iowa in 2015. They reside in Fort Dodge with their son, Kayson.
